Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail recruitment, preferably within the perfume industry, and a passion for sourcing top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for retail positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various retail roles.
• Conduct interviews and provide recommendations based on suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Handle recruitment through government platforms such as HADAF, Tawteen, Tamheer, and Ajeer.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
• Manage contracts and hiring processes through Qiwa.
• Ensure alignment with Saudization regulations and targets.
• Coordinate a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide insights on market trends and suggest innovative recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail recruitment, preferably in the perfume industry.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of the Saudi labor market.
