Classera is expanding its Education ERP footprint and seeks a technically savvy, education‑minded Pre‑Sales Engineer to accelerate adoption across schools and universities in the Middle East and North Africa. You will partner with institutional leaders to uncover operational challenges and showcase how Classera’s ERP suite—covering finance, HR, procurement, admissions, scheduling, and more—drives efficiency, compliance, and data‑driven decision‑making.


Core Responsibilities


Solution Discovery & Demo


• Lead deep‑dive discovery sessions to capture academic, administrative, and technical requirements.

• Craft and deliver tailored demos that map pain points to ERP capabilities and quantify business value.

• Highlight integrations with LMS, ministry portals, and legacy systems.


Technical Consulting & Proposals


• Produce solution architectures, scope documents, and RFP/RFI responses.

• Configure proof‑of‑concept environments or pilot projects to validate fit.

• Advise on best‑practice workflows, data migration, and scalability.


Stakeholder Engagement


• Present to finance directors, registrars, IT heads, provosts, and ministry officials.

• Facilitate conversations on process re‑engineering, regulatory compliance, and change management.

• Act as a trusted advisor from discovery through contract signature.


Cross‑Functional Collaboration


• Align closely with sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure solution accuracy and roadmap feedback.

• Relay localization needs and field insights to product managers for continuous improvement.


Market Representation


• Represent Classera at EdTech exhibitions, ERP forums, and partner workshops.

• Enable channel partners and internal sales staff on ERP positioning and demo best practices.


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years in ERP pre‑sales, solution engineering, or business analysis—preferably within education, EdTech, or public‑sector IT.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of ERP modules such as finance, HR, procurement, SIS, and asset management.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or specialist education ERP suites.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English with polished presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the MENA region for client engagements and events.
