Overview Application

Posted on: Jun 24, 2025

You will be the technical face and voice of Classera’s AI & AR products throughout the sales cycle. From the very first discovery call to executive demos and final solution design, you will lead technical conversations, craft proofs of concept, and co-author proposals that merge cutting-edge tech with measurable business or educational outcomes. Success in this role demands equal parts deep technical fluency, client-centric storytelling, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Consulting & Discovery

  • Run in-depth discovery workshops with CIOs, curriculum directors, L&D managers, and instructional designers to surface goals, pain-points, and success metrics.
  • Architect end-to-end AI/AR learning solutions that blend Classera’s core platform with APIs, SDKs, computer-vision models, and spatial-computing frameworks.
  • Produce solution blueprints—user flows, data diagrams, and integration touch-points—that bridge technical feasibility with pedagogical best practice.

2. Immersive Demonstrations & Storytelling

  • Design and deliver live, interactive demos that showcase intelligent tutoring, predictive analytics dashboards, 3-D/AR lab simulations, and in-class AR workflows.
  • Tailor each demonstration to the prospect’s sector—K-12, higher education, corporate skilling, or government training—highlighting ROI, learner impact, and ease of adoption.
  • Build and maintain a demo library (portable scenes, sandbox tenants, showcase apps) so account teams can self-serve on short notice.

3. Technical Enablement & Sales Support

  • Own the technical response for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires related to AI algorithms, data privacy, computer-vision pipelines, or XR deployment models.
  • Partner with Account Executives to craft persuasive value-engineering decks and business-case calculators mapping innovation features to cost savings, learning outcomes, or compliance wins.
  • Present solution architectures to enterprise IT, InfoSec, and data-governance teams, ensuring alignment with integration, scalability, and privacy requirements.

4. Thought Leadership & Innovation Advocacy

  • Represent Classera at global EdTech exhibitions, XR hackathons, and AI policy roundtables—delivering keynotes, workshops, or live demos that position us as pioneers.
  • Publish white-papers, blog posts, and webinar content on best practices for AI-driven adaptive learning, AR classroom adoption, or ethics in educational data science.
  • Serve as an internal voice-of-customer to product and R&D teams, providing field feedback that sharpens our roadmap and differentiates our offerings.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery Readiness

  • Work hand-in-hand with implementation consultants to create statements of work, deployment plans, and success-measurement frameworks that de-risk projects before contract signature.
  • Coordinate with content authors, 3-D artists, and data-science teams to align demo assets and pilot deliverables.
  • Transition closed deals smoothly to Customer Success, providing technical context and adoption guidance that accelerates time-to-value.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Educational Technology, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
  • 4–7 years in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting with a clear focus on AI/ML, AR/XR, computer vision, or similar emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with at least two of the following:
  • Machine-learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) AR/VR SDKs (Unity, Unreal, ARKit, ARCore, WebXR)
  • Computer-vision APIs, 3-D asset workflows, or spatial-mapping tools
  • Proven track record of translating complex tech into executive-level value propositions and closing six- or seven-figure deals in education, government, or enterprise learning.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic highly desirable.
  • Willing and able to travel internationally ~30 % of the time for client workshops, demos, and conferences.
