Senior Demand Planner

Job Description:

Develop, analyze, and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market insights

Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and supply teams to incorporate business inputs into forecasts

Monitor forecast accuracy (e.g., bias, MAPE) and implement continuous improvement actions

Lead demand planning cycles and ensure alignment with supply planning and procurement

Identify risks and opportunities related to demand fluctuations and propose mitigation plans

Drive automation and process improvements in forecasting and reporting

Support inventory optimization to reduce stock aging and avoid stockouts.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools is a plus Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain dynamics Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
