What we are looking for:

Naouri Group is looking for a Financial Manager with extensive accounting experience to lead the accounting functions. The Financial Manager will be reporting directly to the CFO of the Group and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting team, ensuring that consistent accounting processes are followed, and that strong financial controls are in place to protect the company’s interest.

The Financial Manager needs to have comprehensive experience in leading similar functions/roles within the same field and needs to be capable of managing the consolidation, budgeting, treasury, tax, financial accounting, managerial accounts, statutory reporting, …etc

Job experience and competency requirements: 

• Proven experience in the land transportation of goods and logistics industry
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting. Postgraduate degrees are a plus
• Professional Accounting Title is a plus (CA, CPA, CMA)
• Ten years demonstrated financial leadership experience in a large organization.
• High proficiency level in English language
• Exceptional analytical and business skills to deal with the complexities of a large organization
• High proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• In-depth knowledge in using ERP systems. Knowledge in using SAP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge in tax and social security laws and regulations and their applications
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent executive level presentation abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
