Technical Call Center Agent
Nova Call Center Services, is looking for a talented technical call center agent to join our team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing assistance and resolving customers' technical issues.
- Assisting customers by troubleshooting problems.
- Identifying and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines when answering customer’s calls.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or other relevant fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English).
- Time management skills.
- Available to work shifts.
