As a Junior Credit Product Analyst, you will support the product team in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to guide product decisions. You will play an essential role in optimizing product performance, improving user experiences,and ensuring that our fintech products meet customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data to provide actionable
insights for product strategy, design, and decision-making.
· Excel Expertise: Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.) to
manipulate and visualize large datasets, ensuring accurate reporting and trend
identification.
· Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track
product performance, user behavior, and key business metrics. (metabase)
· Market & User Research: Assist in conducting market research and user interviews to
inform product development and improvements.
· A/B Testing & Experimentation: Support the design and analysis
of A/B tests and product experiments to optimize features and drive product
improvements.
· Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation and presentations
for internal stakeholders on product performance and analysis findings.
Key Skills &
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science,
Computer Science, or a related field.
· Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions,
formulas, and PivotTables).
· Data Analysis: Ability to analyze complex datasets and interpret trends or
patterns. Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, especially when working with
data and creating reports.
· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think
critically and solve problems independently.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey
complex findings in a simple and actionable way.
· Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional
teams, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., metabase).
· Knowledge or interest in the fintech industry.
