Job Overview
As a Software Technical Recruiter at Inovola, you will play a key role in building and scaling our high-performing engineering and product teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and qualifying top-tier technical talent across various roles and technologies. This position requires a strong understanding of software development roles, a structured recruitment process, and the ability to build meaningful connections with candidates.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Talent Sourcing
- Identify and attract highly skilled software engineers and tech professionals through targeted sourcing platforms, social media, relevant communities, and strategic referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across key roles (Frontend, Backend, Full-stack, QA, DevOps, etc.).
- Engage passive candidates using personalized messaging and creative sourcing strategies.
📞 Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ technical experience, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, project experience, and communication abilities.
- Coordinate with technical team members to assign and review technical assessments as needed.
✅ Interview Coordination
- Schedule and facilitate interviews across various stages (HR, technical, team fit).
- Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional interview experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
📊 Process Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and progress using an ATS or internal hiring boards.
- Track and report hiring metrics, including pipeline status, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company goals and hiring standards.
🤝 Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering managers, product leads, and other team members to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide market insights and feedback to help shape job descriptions, compensation benchmarks, and employer branding.

- Deliver a candidate-first approach that reflects Inovola’s values and culture.
- Ensure a respectful, engaging, and transparent recruitment process for all applicants.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Technical Recruitment Experience: Strong knowledge of technical roles, technologies, and how to assess software talent.
- Sourcing Skills: Expertise in using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search techniques.
- Interviewing Skills: Ability to conduct structured screening calls and evaluate cultural and role fit.
- Organization & Follow-Up: Skilled at managing multiple roles and candidates simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Effective communicator who can align with hiring managers and provide feedback loops.
- ATS/CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment CRMs (e.g., Recruitee, Workable, Greenhouse).
- Data-Driven: Comfortable using recruitment metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment—preferably within a tech company, software house, or SaaS/outsourcing environment.
- A strong understanding of software development roles and frameworks is mandatory.
- Prior experience with remote hiring and international talent is a plus.
