We are looking for a Logistics and Mobility HR Assistant to join our team in Erbil city.

Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term

Working Days/Hours: 09:00AM - 06:00PM, five days a week.


Job Summary:


As a Logistics and Mobility HR Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties. You will also be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, recording and maintenance of payroll processing, as well as providing clerical support to all employees.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR and Logistics executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
  • Ensuring smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material.


Requirements:

  • Proven previous experience in HR roles. Experience in logistics is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Iraqi labor law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic, English language proficiency is a plus.
