About the Role

We are currently seeking to hire a School Principal to lead a newly opened private school. This role is responsible for overseeing all school operations, ensuring academic excellence, and driving strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, administrative expertise, and a proven track record in managing private educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall school operations.
• Ensure high standards of academic performance and student outcomes.
• Oversee administrative and operational functions.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the school’s vision.
• Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Not less than 15 years of work experince with minimum of 5 years of experience as a School Director or Principal.
• Proven experience in managing private schools is required.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.

وضع وتنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية

ضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة والتعليمات التربوية

:المتطلبات

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمدير مدرسة أو مدير أكاديمي

خبرة مثبتة في المدارس الخاصة

مهارات قيادية وإدارية قوية

مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة

درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة (ويفضل الماجستير)

إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية
