Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

- Provide financial analysis and advice to management.

- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.

Required Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in tax preparation and compliance.

- Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards.

Skills and Competencies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Certifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
