Investment Product Intern

Product & Business Intern:

• Research competitors' investment products and features.
• Monitor market trends and developments in the investment and fintech space.
• Prepare simple competitor comparisons and presentations.
• Review customer feedback, complaints, and call center tickets.
• Identify common customer issues and summarize key insights.
• Assist in testing new product features and documenting findings.
• Support the preparation of product requirements, presentations, and other product-related materials.
• Assist the team with day-to-day business and product activities as needed.

Objective: Gain exposure to investment products, product management, customer insights, and market research while supporting the Investments team.
