We’re looking for a Total Rewards Supervisor to join our HR team and support the design, analysis, and delivery of competitive and equitable compensation & benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of compensation data and market benchmarks to ensure competitive and internally equitable reward positioning.
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and governance of salary structures, bonus schemes, and reward initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Supervise the preparation, extension, and negotiation of offer letters, ensuring adherence to approved salary frameworks and reward policies.
- Act as the key owner of salary and benefits surveys, managing end-to-end participation, validation, and in-depth analysis of results.
- Manage and optimize day-to-day benefits administration, including medical insurance, while driving continuous improvements to employee experience and service delivery.
- Lead and validate job evaluation and grading processes, ensuring consistency, compliance, and market alignment.
- Support workforce budgeting and financial planning by reviewing monthly staff cost reports, analyzing variances, and providing recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and governance of compensation and benefits information within HR systems, partnering with HRIS teams to enhance processes and controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 5-7 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with HR systems and compensation tools is a plus.
