Performance Executive – SEM (Google Ads)
Job Responsibilities
1) To manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google platforms for multiple clients/projects. The role focuses on achieving performance KPIs (leads, sales, traffic, installs…) with efficient budget allocation and strong analytical insights that support client objectives.
2) Manage SEM campaigns for multiple clients across different industries on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, App, Performance Max).
3) Conduct competitive research and keyword planning based on client goals and market insights.
4) Develop ad copy variations that align with each client’s tone, brand guidelines, and KPIs.
5) Daily optimization to enhance campaign efficiency (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score).
6) Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager + GA4.
7) Provide clear performance analytics, insights, and optimization recommendations.
8) Align with client servicing and creative teams to ensure accurate assets (banners, landing pages, video specs, etc.).
9) Participate in brainstorming strategies for campaign planning and budget distribution.
10) Stay updated with Google Ads trends, beta features, best practices, and policy updates.
11) Support pitches and campaign proposals with performance forecasting and projections.
Job Requirements:
• 1–3 years of SEM experience, preferably in a media/digital advertising agency.
• Strong expertise in:
A) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, App, PMax)
B) Google Tag Manager (conversion setup & troubleshooting)
C) Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
D) Remarketing & Audience Segmentation
E) Experience working with multiple brands or clients at the same time.
F ) Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills.
G) Strong communication skills for internal collaboration & client interactions.
H) Good English (written & verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
• Google Ads Certifications (Search / Display / Video / Shopping / App).
• Experience with:
• Search Console
• Firebase (for app tracking)
• Looker Studio (Dashboards)
• Experience with e-commerce & lead generation verticals is a plus
