What you will be doing: 


As an Operations Manager at Wuduh, you'll be crucial in crafting engaging learning experiences that drive exceptional outcomes across our organization. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to streamline operational workflows.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and monitor quality control standards to ensure services and deliverables meet company standards.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high ethical standards and legal compliance.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage budget allocation, resource planning, and allocation to support operational objectives.
  • Vendor Relations: Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers to maintain seamless operational processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze operational reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.


Who you are: 


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Having a Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or any other project management certificate is considered an advantage.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry regulations, compliance, and best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Technology Proficiency: Using relevant software and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Full-time

Working days:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6th day: Based on need, managed fairly based on priorities and urgency
