Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor (AI Expert)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor with strong expertise in AI-powered video creation tools to join our growing team.

You’ll play a key role in producing visually compelling and engaging videos that communicate our brand story, promote our products, and inspire educators and learners around the world.If you’re passionate about creativity, technology, and education — this role is made for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize,design, and produce motion graphics, animated videos, and promotional content for campaigns, events, and social media.
• Utilize AI tools and platforms (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Synthesia, Midjourney, etc.) to create and enhance video content efficiently.

• Edit and produce high-quality videos including voiceovers, sound effects, and storytelling elements that align with the brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate complex ideas into visually engaging content.
• Stay updated on emerging AI video and motion design trends and implement innovative techniques to elevate production quality.
• Ensure all visuals and animations meet brand standards, timelines, and campaign goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Production, Animation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia production.
• Expertise in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AI video tools and creative automation platforms.
• Excellent sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic photography and lighting skills are a plus.
