Data analyst

Job Description :

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Metabase.
• Write, optimize, and maintain Python scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting tools.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or any relevant field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy); experience with Jupyter Notebook is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard development, DAX functions, and data modeling).
• Mandatory experience with Metabase (dashboard creation, data exploration, and reporting).
• Solid knowledge of SQL (writing complex queries, data extraction, and performance optimization).
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
