Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales professional to drive business growth across the Egyptian market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B and B2G sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and successfully close complex deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Classera's presence in Egypt.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government and private sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present Classera's digital solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales forecast using CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B and B2G sales.
• Proven experience selling technology, SaaS, software, or digital solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship management and business development abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel within Egypt when required.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience working with government entities and large enterprise clients in Egypt.
• Existing professional network within the Egyptian market.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
