System Administrator

Tasks & Responsibilities:

System Administration: Assist in managing and maintaining server infrastructure under supervision, including basic tasks with physical and virtual servers. Support in the Installation, configuration, and troubleshoot operating systems.

Backups: Perform routine system backups and support recovery procedures under the guidance of senior staff.

Cloud Infrastructure: Assist in maintaining cloud-based infrastructure, including basic tasks in Azure service, Azure Active Directory (AD), and Azure virtual machines. Support in configuring Azure security services and learning industry standards.

Microsoft 365 Administration: Provide support for Microsoft 365 services, such as user account creation, permissions, and basic configuration in Exchange online, SharePoint Online, and Team. Assist with mobile device management (MDM) and Microsoft Intune under supervision.

Monitoring: Help ensure system performance and reliability by using monitoring tools as directed, assisting in analyzing metrics, and supporting troubleshooting issues.
