RDD Senior Architect

Job Description:

• Review and approve tenant design plans to ensure compliance with design standards and mall criteria.
• Supervise fit-out and construction activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with technical, FM, and service provider teams to ensure timely project handover.
• Maintain and enhance tenant design criteria manuals and propose design improvements for ongoing projects.
• Anticipate and resolve potential project delays or issues related to design, permitting, or coordination.
• Participate in risk assessments and recommend design modifications to improve performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Experience:

• 7 years in Retail Design, Delivery, or Fit-Out projects.
• 3+ years in design and construction roles.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and project management expertise.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
