We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team and
lead the full recruitment cycle across multiple business functions. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong
stakeholder management, and the ability to attract top talent while continuously enhancing recruitment processes
and employer branding initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in sourcing and hiring top talent for diverse roles and will play a key role
in supporting the growth of our dynamic organization. Experience working with marketing agencies or recruiting
for creative and marketing roles is considered a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent globally for fully
- remote roles.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions, with a strong focus on marketing,
- creative, and specialized roles.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
- Design effective sourcing strategies using diverse channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Lead offer management processes, including salary benchmarking, offer preparation, negotiation, and candidate closure.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Continuously enhance recruitment workflows, tools, and best practices for remote hiring environments.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and innovative sourcing campaigns targeting talent from
- marketing agencies and creative industries.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability to ensure a competitive recruitment strategy
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, interview techniques, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tracking systems.
- Knowledge of labor law and hiring practices.
- Fluent in English (Arabic/French is a plus)
