Role Summary


We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven B2C Account Manager to grow and manage Edumall’s ecommerce sales in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for expanding our B2C client base, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. This role combines account management, digital product sales, and customer success in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive B2C sales of Edumall products across KSA with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through online and offline channels.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with ecommerce trends and consumer behavior.
  • Manage end-to-end sales pipeline: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and customer experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product and sales strategies
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent Edumall and Classera at relevant events, expos, and customer meetings.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in ecommerce, EdTech, or digital products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital customer journeys, and consumer buying behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Based in Riyadh, with flexibility to travel within the Kingdom when needed.
