Role Overview:


As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering long-term client relationships while driving business growth. You will also be responsible for managing accounts to ensure client satisfaction. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance their experience and maximize revenue potential.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure long-term success and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Supervise account representatives to drive sales performance.
  • Track and report on account status, sales, and business performance.
  • Keep accurate client records, including contracts and renewals.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales or Account Management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communication tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle crises effectively, and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
