Classera is searching for an experienced and visionary Channel Director to architect and drive our partner‑led expansion across every geography and customer segment. You’ll own the global channel strategy, recruit and enable high‑impact partners—resellers, distributors, system integrators, and strategic alliances—and guide a dispersed channel sales team to deliver sustained, profitable growth.


Core Responsibilities


Design & Execute Global Channel Strategy

  • Craft a region‑sensitive partner model, pricing logic, and incentive schemes that align with Classera’s growth objectives.

Recruit & Onboard High‑Potential Partners

  • Target key markets (GCC, North Africa, Sub‑Saharan Africa, SE Asia) and launch streamlined onboarding, training, and certification programs.

Drive Indirect Revenue & Co‑Selling

  • Set ambitious channel quotas, support partner‑led deals, and guide joint go‑to‑market plays with direct sales and presales teams.

Lead the Channel Sales Organization

  • Coach regional partner managers, monitor pipeline metrics, and run data‑driven QBRs to ensure predictable performance.

Ensure Operational Excellence

  • Deploy PRM tools, govern deal registration and conflict resolution, and enforce brand, contractual, and service‑level standards.

Champion Cross‑Functional Alignment

  • Sync with Marketing on MDF campaigns, relay “voice of partner” feedback to Product, and work with Finance & Legal on margin models.


Required Qualifications


  • 8+ years in channel/alliances/business development, with 3+ years in a leadership role (SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise software).
  • Proven success building and scaling global partner ecosystems in emerging markets.
  • Mastery of resell, referral, and co‑sell motions plus tiered incentive structures.
  • Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Fluent English; Arabic and/or French highly desirable.
  • Comfortable leading teams and partners across multiple time zones and cultures.
