Performance Marketing Intern

Role Scope: Assisting in the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital ad campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to drive user acquisition.

Job Description:

• Support the performance marketing team in day-to-day campaign management and budget tracking.
• Assist in A/B testing ad creatives and copy to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and contribute to weekly reporting insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets are aligned with performance benchmarks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to suggest optimization opportunities.
