Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Amman. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients, customer service, lead generation, customer support, and sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales
• Proven track record in customer support
• Previous experience in sales or telesales is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
