The Account Manager is responsible for supporting and managingcommercial accounts for Giza Seeds & Herbs within the organic segment. The role focuses on maintaining customer relationships, supporting business growth, identifying new sales opportunities, requiring a new customer and responsiblefor the achievement of regional sales targets. This position is well suited for an early-career sales professional eager to develop account management skills in the organic agricultural sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the growth management team to collect basic market and customer research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs
  • Actively supporting new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow-ups
  • Assisting in communicating Giza’s sales value proposition through presentations and customer meetings
  • Participating in exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences as required
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with assigned customers and distributors
  • Supporting the execution of sales strategies aligned with regional and company objectives
  • Assisting in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the organic segment
  • Supporting negotiations and addressing customer inquiries, complaints, or objections in coordination with internal teams (quality, logistics, etc.)
  • Responsible negotiate the pricing with the customer for achieving the company target CM related to his region Arrange PSS (Preshipment Sample ) with the planning team to ensure the shipping order on time.
  • Responsible for achieving the actual shipped target for his region
  • Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes, customer experience, and sales outcomes
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with internal stakeholders
  • Supporting customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with company sales policies and procedures
  • Preparing and providing regular reports on Account activities and sales performance


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, agriculture, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related commercial role preferably B2B or FMCG
  • Experience or strong interest in food, agriculture, or organic industry is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and account management principles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to learn negotiation and commercial skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
