Performance Analyst Intern

Job Overview:

The Performance Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across various product lines. This role involves supporting the design of performance dashboards and providing insights to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Analysis:

• Gather performance-related data from various internal systems.
• Analyze performance metrics.
• Identify trends and patterns in performance data to support decision-making.

1. Reporting & Dashboards:

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Present insights and findings to the Business Performance Manager and other stakeholders.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Business Performance Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of performance initiatives.
• Support operational development initiatives by providing insights from performance data.

Technical Skills:

• BI Tools: Familiarity with dashboard creation tools.
• Database Management: Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Automation: Knowledge of workflow automation tools and process improvement.
• Excel: Excellent excel skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Expecting Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fields.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication skills for presenting data-driven insights.
