Job Description
1. Sample & Reagent Preparation
• Prepare samples and reagents according to SOPs.
• Perform standardization of reagents as required.
2. Routine & Quality Testing
• Conduct routine laboratory tests accurately and on time.
• Participate in Quality Control (QC) and Proficiency Testing (PT) programs.
3. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare soft draft versions of basic laboratory reports.
• Document all experimental data and results legibly and promptly.
• Track and update laboratory inventory (chemicals, consumables, samples).
4. Equipment Maintenance (Daily Care – Not Troubleshooting)
• Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance of lab equipment as per schedules.
• Ensure equipment is ready for use; report any functional concerns to the lab head (do not attempt repair/troubleshooting).
5. Issue & Non-Conformance Reporting
• Immediately report any issues, accidents, or non-conformities to the Laboratory Head.
6. Compliance & Safety
• Maintain full compliance with:
• Safety protocols
• ISO accreditation standards
• GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)
• ICH guidelines (preferred, where applicable)
7. Laboratory Efficiency
• Commit to efficient lab operations by organizing work, minimizing waste, and following schedules.
Job Requirements:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or related field
- 1:3 years of experience in the same field.
- Very good command of both written and spoken in English.
Nice to have:
- Diploma Degree in a relevant field.
