Senior Content Creator/ Videographer

Job Description:

- Lead and execute all video shoots (store, production, studio) with strong on-set direction

- Plan shoots (shot lists, angles, lighting setup, timing) and deliver on deadlines

- Capture content with a strong eye for lighting, composition, styling, and small details

- Shoot with clear intention: storytelling, product focus, and brand-first visuals

- Apply tasteful filters/looks and maintain a consistent visual style

- Stay up to date with social trends and bring them into our content (visual + sound trends)

- Manage and mentor 1 team member (guidance, reviews, task delegation)

- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction

Qualifications:

- 3+ years’ experience in videography/content creation

- Strong portfolio/showreel (social-first, campaigns, retail/lifestyle content)

- Advanced skills in camera operation + lighting

- Strong sense of aesthetics, pacing, and trend relevance

- Ability to work fast, organized, and consistently meet deadlines
