Role Summary


We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to support Edumall’s ecommerce growth in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for identifying new customers, assisting with sales operations, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support B2C sales efforts across Edumall’s ecommerce platform.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
  • Assist in closing sales and achieving monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer data.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably ecommerce or digital products.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Basic understanding of online sales platforms and customer buying behavior.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Based in Riyadh.
