Key Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for processing basic and more complex disputes for prepaid
cards on behalf of NymCard. Working primarily in fraud cases and service-related
dispute cases, responsible for direct task execution and deliverables
• Review evidence or case presented and leveraging acquirer/schemes dispute
resolution management rules to determine the validity of each claim and its potential for
recovery
• Receive new dispute from Clients, end users , for assigned portfolio / VISA /Master
• Record & Update new copy requests & Chargebacks in the Chargeback File and action
all cases within TAT, ensure to check chargeback cases in case of any rejects within TAT.
• For All fraudulent transaction ensure checking and updating fraud reporting, exception
filing and confirming blocking of the card before initiating the case.
• Processing Visa / MasterCard Copy Requests, Chargebacks & re-reject entries as per
the nature of the disputes following schemes Rules and regulation.
• Uploading of supporting documents through Visa Online (VROL) & MasterCom within
TAT.
• Ensure to check & download the fulfilments from Visa Online & MasterCom, and MIS
within TAT and update the file.
• Ensure to update the Re-presentment within TAT from the processing date, valid re-
presentment cases to share with the client for closure of the case.
• All ONUS won cases to be updated on ONUS DR sheet immediately without any
failure.
• Preparing customer letters within TAT.
• Updating Clients & the users Cycle by Cycle.
• Updating client inquires and status of the dispute cases immediately/ same date.
• Ensure to provide support for chargeback / reconciliation team.
• Ensure all incoming disputes from different channels reviewed on a daily basis. In case
of missing service requests, mail in a daily tracker the case to be action informed &
escalated to the client.
• All chargeback docs to be kept saved in chargeback folders by end of the day adhering
to the clean desk policy.
• Provide help & support in case of team member absent.
• Ensure issues concerns are escalated to the Senior member / Manager.
• Ensure to review chargeback cases and inform the clients once cycle got over.

• Reduce operating cost or financial losses to NymCard
• Fight fraud and eliminate chargebacks
