The Role
As a Senior Social Media Specialist at Vezeeta, you will be
the architect of our digital presence, transforming high-level marketing
strategies into high-impact social narratives. You’ll blend data-driven
insights with cutting-edge AI tools to scale our brand’s voice, ensuring every
post and campaign drives measurable engagement and long-term community growth.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in
a fast-paced, agile environment, ensuring alignment between marketing
initiatives and overall business objectives.
Requirements :
• Partner with Creative and Performance teams to ensure social campaigns are integrated into the broader marketing ecosystem and product launches.
• Oversee the creation and finalization of monthly calendars, ensuring strategic alignment and visual accuracy
• Develop and manage content lineups, detailing titles, formats, captions, and publication dates
• Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent delivery
• Create and analyze monthly social media performance reports, providing insights and recommendations
• Maintain trackers for monthly deliverables and manage day-to-day tasks.
• Stay updated with social media trends, especially on emerging platforms like TikTok, and incorporate them into content strategies
• Work cross-functionally across multiple verticals
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, E-Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Advanced proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Social media management guru, highly proficient in scheduling tools, social trends, and algorithm shifts; pivots strategies in real-time to maintain a competitive edge.
• Strong ability to create, schedule, and optimize content
• Experience in performance reporting, data extraction, and analysis
• Familiarity with basic video production and editing
