We are seeking a Technical Writer with a strong training background to support our Knowledge Management initiatives and documentation needs. This role requires a detail-oriented communicator who can
translate technical information into clear, engaging, and accessible content for a variety of audiences.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating and aintaining internal and external documentation, press materials, training content, and process manuals. Experience with WordPress, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and creative tools such as Canva and PowerPoint will be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop,organize, and maintain knowledge base content using WordPress and other content management platforms.
- Create,structure, update, and manage training materials, user manuals, SOPs, and process ocumentation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure technical accuracy.
- Design and prepare training presentations and documentation for internal and external audiences.
- Write and edit press releases, ensuring clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Learning Management Systems.
- Ensure all documents comply with internal standards, branding, and accessibility guidelines.
- Support cross-functional teams with tailored content creation needs.
Job Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in an organization with training or educational functions.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress for content publishing and site maintenance.
- Solid understanding of Knowledge Management principles and tools.
- Strong background in creating training content, user guides, how-to documents, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Canva and/or similar tools for visual content creation.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to design and animate effective presentations.
- Background in communications, journalism, instructional design, or related field.
- Experience in writing for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Understanding of SEO principles and content accessibility standards.
