About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic development team. You will be the bridge between our clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams—ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into scalable solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen, technical understanding, and excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Partner with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Define and manage product backlogs, epics, and features in collaboration with Product Owners.
  • Support RFP/RFQ responses, including requirement analysis and solution scoping.
  • Assist in solution design, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and data models.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions with stakeholders and track feedback.
  • Provide ongoing support and analysis post-implementation to ensure solution effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in business analysis.
  • Flexibility: Depending on business needs, the role may involve temporary assignments on projects in collaboration with other organizations


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development / IT environment.
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks (experience with Jira/Azure DevOps is a plus).
  • Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and software development best practices.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UI/UX, product owners).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic/French a plus if relevant).
  • Knowledge of API integrations, databases, and cloud platforms is an advantage.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise software, SaaS products, or custom software projects.
  • Exposure to CRM, ERP, or eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to manage client expectations.
  • Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum/Agile is a plus.
