Software Development Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Leader to join a team working for a client in Switzerland. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, overseeing the software development life cycle, and driving the successful delivery of projects.

Job Requirements:

-        Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams

-        Strong technical background in software development, preferably in Java or similar technologies

-        Excellent leadership and communication skills

-        Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

-        Experience with Agile methodologies

Responsibilities:

-        Manage and lead a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship

-        Oversee the software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment

-        Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

-        Provide technical expertise and support to the development team

-        Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices
