CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: (What is the reason that this job exists; what is the overall aim of this role?)

✓ Manage the entire operation of restaurant according to the rules and regulations set by the company

✓ To reach the goal, the 100% customer satisfaction,

✓ Must be able to create strong leadership, define operation plans, provide trainings, oversee subordinates and harmonize the available resources with both internal and external resources.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

✓ Create store targets and communicate to the staff restaurant targets.

✓ Drives incremental sales growth by encouraging suggestive selling techniques daily.

✓ Controls (cost control, cash flow, expenses etc.) and their impact on the Store profitability.

✓ Ensures all cash handling and cash register functions are performed in an accurate and consistent manner, and in full accordance with company cash policy procedures.

✓ Ensure Store staff is responding to Customer complaints to achieve recovery

✓ Support store team in maintaining the equipment.

✓ Help Management team implement new marketing programs, including the display of POP marketing/merchandising materials and corresponding training of employees.

✓ Drives product quality, taking corrective action when necessary to ensure quality.

✓ Manage in preparing restaurant’s report in daily, weekly and quarterly basis

✓ Ensures the proper types and amounts of materials, supplies and food are ordered and stocked

✓ Supervise in creating a fun/challenging environment, driving monthly/quarterly communication and involvement of all employees by celebrating successes, rewarding positive performance, and providing leadership/direction for improved results.

✓ Monitor implementation of in-store training processes and procedures for all employees and follows up to ensure thorough execution of training standards.

✓ Executes detailed and timely Store Orientations for new employees.

✓ Supports and directs employees by coaching, counselling and teaching to accomplish tasks and remove barriers to performance satisfaction.

✓ Supervise in facilitating the development of all employees using the Performance Appraisal Review form and other tools to enable career advancement.

✓ Supervise in Managing employee relations issues as directed by the HR Policy and communicates to appropriate supervisors in a timely manner.

✓ Run Shift occasionally and always coach Shift supervisor on how to run effective shift.

✓ Effective Communication between his Direct Manager and his staff

✓ Ensure standard procedures are being adhered to 100%

✓ Provide daily targets to shift manager

✓ Ensure everyone is following Hygiene and Safety regulation

✓ Handle customer inquiries and complaint

✓ Over see ordering and scheduling in the store

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

✓ 3 to 5 years of experience in Store Operations related position, with at least 2 years of experience in a Managerial position

✓ Strong in English language both oral and written

✓ Must be familiar with ORACLE
