• Craft and execute innovative sales strategies to propel growth, utilizing a blend of inbound and outbound calling tactics.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions, driving revenue and customer engagement.
• Monitor team performance, offering feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and optimize sales outcomes.
• Establish and refine telesales processes and compliance standards for streamlined operations.
• Ensure adherence to sales protocols, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Set the standard for excellence in sales techniques and cultivate a positive, results-oriented team culture.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
• Leverage multilingual proficiency to engage with team members and customers effectively.
• Develop resources and scripts to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B telesales, with a focus on closing deals.
• Fluency in multiple languages beyond Arabic and English, preferably Malayalam and Hindi/Urdu.
• Experience managing teams of 10-20 telesales professionals.
