Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Kuwait

Job Overview:

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock handling, and distribution processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all products.
• Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement and enforce warehouse procedures, including safety and FIFO practices.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse operations, stock levels, and discrepancies.
• Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
