Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support in posting job ads on various platforms
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and feedback
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and dashboards
- Support onboarding activities when needed
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
