JOB PURPOSE
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to achieve user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep expertise in paid media and performance channels, and the ability to continuously test, measure, and refine campaigns for maximum ROI.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including paid search (SEM), paid social, display, programmatic, and affiliates.
- Define and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI while achieving acquisition and growth targets.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align messaging, targeting, and offers with business objectives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for acquisition, conversion, CAC, and retention.
- Manage attribution models and track the customer journey to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Perform ongoing A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize campaign performance.
- Generate insights from campaign data and provide actionable recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Oversee relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure delivery on campaign objectives.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and platform advertising policies.
- Stay updated on emerging performance marketing trends, ad tech platforms, and competitive landscape.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing with a focus on paid acquisition and growth campaigns.
- Strong track record of managing multi-million-dollar paid media budgets and achieving measurable ROI.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic platforms).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Mixpanel, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of tracking and attribution models (multi-touch, last-click, data-driven).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.

- Paid media campaign management (SEM, social, programmatic, display, affiliates).
