Job Overview:
The Product Management Intern will work closely with the Product team on a structured product
discovery and analysis project, gaining exposure to the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in understanding customer needs,
analyzing product performance, conducting market research, and translating insights into
actionable product recommendations.
Responsibilities:
• Learn and contribute to different stages of the product management lifecycle, including
discovery, research, prioritization, development, and launch.
• Analyze user journeys, customer feedback, and product performance metrics to identify
opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends and best practices.
• Support product managers in documenting requirements, user stories, and product
specifications.
• Participate in product discussions, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Operations, and
Business teams.
• Develop hypotheses and recommendations based on data, research, and customer insights.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to the Product team at the end
of the internship.

By the end of the internship, the intern will:

The intern will complete a product-focused project that includes:
• Problem definition and business context.
• Customer and/or market research.
• Analysis of findings and key insights.
• Prioritized recommendations.
• A final presentation to the Product team outlining proposed solutions and expected impact.
