We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Administrator to join our team in al-Kharj city, Riyadh region. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
