What you'll be doing?

Accomplishments:

· Conduct in-depth data and process analyses to uncover strategic insights and identify high-impact optimization opportunities.

· Led the development of robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring superior data quality and accessibility across the organization.

· Design and deliver advanced visualizations and interactive dashboards to effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders at all levels.

· Architect, implement and validate sophisticated AI and machine learning models tailored for complex and diverse tasks, driving innovation and competitive advantage.

· Provide strategic direction and support for AI-related activities, fostering collaboration across teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into business processes.

· Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

What we're looking for?

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, preferably in Data Science.
• Experience: 4-7 years in the same field.
• Deep understanding of advanced machine learning algorithms and deep learning methodologies.
• Mastery of Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Extensive experience in database management, including SQL, and familiarity with large-scale data systems.
• Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying AI/ML models for real-world applications.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
