Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Manager to oversee relationships with key enterprise clients in Riyadh, focusing on corporate learning, professional development, and workforce upskilling through our Video Training Platform.
Your primary goal will be to drive adoption, engagement, expansion, and retention across enterprise and institutional clients — including large corporations, government entities, and training organizations investing in digital learning transformation.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital training solutions, SaaS-based learning platforms, and the ability to manage complex enterprise relationships involving HR, L&D, and digital transformation leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients in the Riyadh region.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with L&D heads, HR directors, digital transformation managers, and senior executives.
- Conduct regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic planning sessions to ensure client satisfaction and platform value.
Client Growth & Retention
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities — including premium training content, analytics modules, or additional licenses.
- Manage renewals and contract expansions, ensuring long-term retention and high client engagement.
- Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
Solution Alignment & Advisory
- Understand each client’s learning and development objectives and position the platform as a key enabler of their training strategy, compliance programs, or digital learning roadmap.
- Stay current with trends in corporate learning, AI-driven video training, and e-learning analytics, translating these insights into actionable client recommendations.
Reporting & Territory Oversight
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records including forecasts, account health, and expansion opportunities.
- Provide regular updates to the sales leadership team on performance, pipeline status, and risk management.
- Monitor competitive activity and evolving training needs within the Saudi enterprise market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise sales or B2B SaaS sales, preferably in corporate learning, HR tech, or video training solutions.
- Proven success managing large enterprise or government clients.
- Strong understanding of the training and HR ecosystem in Riyadh and across the Kingdom.
- Bilingual fluency (Arabic and English) with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, video-based learning tools, or content delivery systems is a strong plus.
- Must be a Saudi national.
