About The Company
Aumet is the leading B2B health-tech platform in MENA, connecting pharmacies with suppliers through
Aumet Marketplace. Pulse, our flagship product, is a full pharmacy operating system covering smart
ordering, inventory, supplier payments, and business intelligence — operating across Egypt and Jordan.
The Role
We are hiring our first Senior PM to join Aumet and own a critical portion of Pulse's roadmap. You will lead
the Inventory squad, responsible for converting pharmacies from trial to paid, building the self-onboarding
experience, and inventory onboarding.
This is a high-ownership role. You set strategy, write specs, define metrics, and are accountable to
outcomes not just feature delivery. You will be the second most senior product voice in the company, with
a clear path to Group PM as the team grows.
Responsabilities
• Own the product vision and roadmap for your squad
• Run continuous discovery — user interviews with pharmacists and suppliers, activation funnel analysis
• Translate business goals into a prioritized backlog; define and track leading indicators for your OKRs
Execution & Delivery
• Write product briefs and detailed feature specs before every sprint planning session
• Run bi-weekly sprint planning and demos; unblock engineers daily so the squad never waits on a
product decision
• Define acceptance criteria and personally QA features before release
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with the Commercial team to align activation campaigns with product readiness
• Join bi-weekly cross-functional syncs with Engineering, Sales, and Operations
• Present OKR progress in the monthly Product Review and flag risks early
REQUIREMENTS
Requirments
• 4–7 years of product management experience
• Experience on B2B SaaS or marketplace products; comfort with multi-sided platform dynamics
• Strong data literacy define metrics, read dashboards, and derive product insights independently
• Hands-on with agile/scrum you've run sprints, not just attended them
• Excellent Arabic and English communication specs and stakeholder updates in both languages
