EdTech Sales Manager – Schools, KSA (Shared Resource: Edumall & CPay)
Location
New Cairo
Based in Egypt (managing school accounts in Egypt and Saudi Arabia)
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven EdTech Sales Manager to manage and grow our KSA school accounts while based in Egypt. This is a shared resource role covering two divisions:
- Edumall – our e-commerce platform for educational content, tools, and supplies.
- CPay – our payment management solution that enables parents to manage school fees through flexible options (finance, installments, etc.).
You will be responsible for expanding adoption, increasing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction across KSA’s school network, working closely with school leaders, finance teams, and decision-makers to promote both Edumall and CPay services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Manage and grow existing school accounts in KSA for both Edumall and CPay.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the education sector in Saudi Arabia.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both divisions.
Account Management & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners, principals, and finance teams.
- Act as the single point of contact for KSA school partners for both Edumall and CPay.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new schools.
Marketing & Activation Support
- Plan and execute marketing activities to promote both Edumall and CPay in KSA.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to produce targeted content for the Saudi market.
- Organize online presentations and webinars for school stakeholders and parents.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
- Work closely with the product, marketing, and partner success teams to align strategies.
- Provide feedback from KSA schools to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track sales performance and engagement metrics for both platforms.
- Use CRM tools to maintain account information and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in EdTech, e-commerce, FinTech, or education services.
- Proven experience managing accounts remotely across borders.
- Knowledge of the KSA education sector is a strong advantage.
Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities in Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple product lines simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM and reporting tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Other
- Based in Egypt with flexibility to travel to KSA as needed.
