Role Overview
- Owns and executes Tradeling Group’s B2B social media and content strategy across external and internal channels
- Supports brand positioning, partnerships, and business growth through consistent and impactful storytelling
- Works cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Partnerships, HR, and Leadership teams
- Ensures alignment and clarity across all internal and external communications
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Tradeling Group’s B2B social media channels with a primary focus on LinkedIn
- Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with business priorities and campaigns
- Create high-quality written content including social posts, thought leadership, announcements, and campaign messaging
- Support internal communications such as leadership updates, company announcements, and internal newsletters
- Assist with external communications including press releases, partner announcements, and event-related content
- Collaborate with designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver on-brand content
- Track content performance and engagement and provide insights for optimisation
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, content, or communications within a B2B environment, with hands-on experience managing company events and publishing related content across digital channels.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to tone and clarity
- Experience managing LinkedIn for a corporate or B2B brand
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with social media management, content, and analytics tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or technology-led businesses
- Exposure to PR, media relations, or corporate communications
- Background in a fast-growing, or scale-up organisation
