Location: Giza Seeds & Herbs Factory, 6th of October industrial zone 1

Reports to: Production Manager

Direct Reports: Production Staff

Job Purpose

The Production Engineer is responsible for managing and optimizing production processes at Giza Seeds & Herbs, ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing in line with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
• Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Train, support, and manage production staff.
• Maintain and improve product quality standards.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished products.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing or production engineering/management.
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement and quality control.
• Former experience in seeds & herbs processing is a plus.
• Experience in the food or beverage industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
