Quality Assurance Engineer

The QA Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our websites and digital platforms. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and designers to verify requirements, validate user experiences, and implement both manual and automated testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate project requirements to ensure clarity and testability, including defining acceptance criteria.
• Test website prototypes, designs, user journeys, and functional flows.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing across different platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated UI and backend tests.
• Prepare and maintain clear test reports, test cases, and documentation.
• Identify, record, and track bugs through resolution.
• Ensure optimal website performance, usability, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, bug-free solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest QA tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in manual testing (functional, regression, performance, usability).
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, JMeter, and BrowserStack.
• Experience with backend testing and API testing.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience in testing responsive websites and e-commerce platforms.
